About the Executive Vice President position
We are looking for a skilled Executive Vice President who will manage all their OU's operations, functions and activities. You will be responsible for developing corporate strategy and implementing a high quality vision.
You should have strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a good ability to organize and motivate. Besides we expect you to possess strong communication skills and a dedicated approach to company's operations management.
Executive Vice President responsibilities are:

Oversee OU’s daily activities and long-term plans and ensure they meet the established policies and legal guidelines

Create and implement strategies aiming to follow the company’s mission and achieve goals

Prepare complete business plans for meeting goals and objectives set by the CEO

Organize the team of managers by providing them with consulting, guidance and coaching
-
Maintain good relations with shareholders, partners and external authorities

Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the relevant brands whenever needed

Receive reports from subordinate managers

Develop corrective actions for any identified issues in the company

Perform crisis management when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 1+ years' experience of working as an Executive Vice President or other related position
- 1+ Years in Outside Sales
- Management experience in sectors serving education a plus
Education:
- MSc or MA degree in business administration or other relevant area
Requirements:
- Significant experience with corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
- Significant experience of developing strategies and plans
- Excellent understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Excellent organization and leadership abilities, with a good analytical mind capable for creative approach to problem solving
- Strong communication, public speaking, and sales skills
- Must have experience with B2B and SME sales (Large Account a plus)
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents and CEO’s
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with web-based tools
- Proficient in a remote work environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Have run or have been deeply involved in a start up
- Proven success with developing personal or team sales processes
- SLDC Experience
