About the Executive Vice President position

We are looking for a skilled Executive Vice President who will manage all their OU's operations, functions and activities. You will be responsible for developing corporate strategy and implementing a high quality vision.

You should have strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a good ability to organize and motivate. Besides we expect you to possess strong communication skills and a dedicated approach to company's operations management.

Executive Vice President responsibilities are:

  • Oversee OU’s daily activities and long-term plans and ensure they meet the established policies and legal guidelines

  • Create and implement strategies aiming to follow the company’s mission and achieve goals

  • Prepare complete business plans for meeting goals and objectives set by the CEO

  • Organize the team of managers by providing them with consulting, guidance and coaching

  • Maintain good relations with shareholders, partners and external authorities

  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the relevant brands whenever needed

  • Receive reports from subordinate managers

  • Develop corrective actions for any identified issues in the company

  • Perform crisis management when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 1+ years' experience of working as an Executive Vice President or other related position
  • 1+ Years in Outside Sales
  • Management experience in sectors serving education a plus

Education:

  • MSc or MA degree in business administration or other relevant area

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with corporate governance principles and managerial best practices
  • Significant experience of developing strategies and plans
  • Excellent understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Excellent organization and leadership abilities, with a good analytical mind capable for creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and sales skills
  • Must have experience with B2B and SME sales (Large Account a plus)
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents and CEO’s
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with web-based tools
  • Proficient in a remote work environment

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Have run or have been deeply involved in a start up
  • Proven success with developing personal or team sales processes
  • SLDC Experience
